Spring Into Fitness & Health
Together, Dr. Michelle Norton and Coach Lois Tiedemann Koffi along with Susanne Venberg will be hosting an evening of entertainment for you! Susanne will begin at 4pm by having a food tasting followed by Dr. Norton chatting with you about outdoor sports injuries. Finally, Coach Lois will sum up the evening with a workout demo and a hop on her infamous Shifter!
